Sold my Dad's house in Probate
I inherited my Dad's house when he passed of cancer. I had no idea he didn't have his legal documents in order and the house would have to go through the probate process even though I was his only daughter.
I lived out of state in Colorado so this was an ordeal to put it mildly. Thankfully my attorney recommended Annie and she was a Godsend. She would face time me from the house. She brought in a Senior Move Manager to help pack and store what I wanted to keep, and donated or sold the other items (some even had to go to the dump).
After the house was empty, she advised what should be updated to get me the highest sale price, but spend the least. I never had to come in town and it was all done for me! Annie even paid for a lot of the remodel work and was reimbursed out of the house sale. Talk about a HUGE headache and stress off me! I don't know what I would have done without her help. It would have taken me probably a year longer to sell the house, not to mention the stress and toll it would have taken. I HIGHLY Recommend Annie. She was my angel in California.

Probate Sale in San Jose
My sister and I inherited our Mom's house in San Jose, but we had to deal with probate. During the time we were waiting for that to be done, we found Annie who helped us so much. She understood the process we were dealing with in Probate, but helped us get the house ready to sell so when the probate was almost done, we were ready to sell the house right away. We didn't have to continue paying property taxes any longer than we needed to.
She handled so much more than we thought a real estate broker would do. It was such a better experience than we thought it would be. We tell everyone they need an Annie in their life if they have to sell a house!

My brother and I had to sell our Dad's house in Almaden Valley. My brother had lived with my dad for years, but the house was in total disarray...complete disaster. We also don't get along very well. Best Realtor to sell a house
Annie was recommended by a mutual friend. Between us, my husband and I had used 3 previous realtors. All had done a great job, one was even a personal friend. The mutual friend really said we needed to at least interview her, and let her sell herself. So we called and made the appointment.
A day later, she met with us and we were really blown away. She had answers to all of our questions and had really done the legwork to understand our particular property and listened to our needs. Both my husband and I are very in depth when it comes to spending money. We had a hard timeline for our move, but we couldn’t start the process until a job offer came in. We were expecting that within 10 days. Annie came in and got our ball rolling immediately, we were professionally staged, photographed and on the market 4 days later. Our house spent 7 days on the market, with Annie hosting open houses 4 of those days! We accepted an amazing offer the day my husband received the job offer.
Our timeline was extremely fast for our move, and we were gone 2 weeks later. Annie moved everything along so smoothly, that we only had to worry about what we needed to pack up. We were living in another house two states away when we closed escrow.
Our experience with Annie has been great, we even had a fellow co-worker ask how we sold so fast when his home was on the market for months. We immediately referred Annie to him. I know she was the reason for our best realtor experience to date.

Annie is so much better than other realtors I'd met! Patient, attentive, a great negotiator who will always have your best interests at heart. There were four of us that inherited our parents house in Los Gatos. All but one of us lived out of the area.
